* The option to add on a functional blood chemistry analysis of previously completed blood work (to address possible side effects and nutrient deficiencies).

* The option to add on total nutrient lists (nutrients needed for specific body systems/ailments with examples of highest food sources)

Health Coaching vs Nutrition Consulting:

Health coaching consist of working with a health care professional (if they are NBHWC certified) to develop healthy & sustainable behavior change through unearthing values & strengths, goal setting, and developing intrinsic motivation. Nutrition consulting includes improving health and wellbeing through proper nutrition. Assessing dietary needs and goals and developing a personalized nutrition plan to achieve those goals. We offer both in our coaching sessions or you can preface if you just want health coaching or just nutrition consulting.​
